Ucluelet

Ucluelet is a beautiful municipality located on the west coast of Vancouver Island in British Columbia. With a population of just over 2000 people, Ucluelet is the perfect size for those looking for a slower paced, tight-knit community. The Pacific Rim Visitor Centre is the second most visited tourism centre after Victoria. If ocean fishing has been on your bucket list then you're in luck. There is a total of 33 fishing charters based out of Ucluelet, so choose the one that suits your fancy. Access to the Wild Pacific Trail is easy from town and it will take you all the way to Halfmoon Bay. Ucluelet has one elemntary school and one high school educating the youth in the community. With 6.48 square kilometers of area, there is plenty of opportunity to explore the great outdoors.
